We are thrilled to be working with Hickok Cole Architects on this ambitious renovation project in Washington D.C.. Built in 1993, the building requires replacement of all building systems and AGU chose to ‘design and engineer the modernization of the building to meet net zero energy goals.’
Nedlaw has begun the build phase of a highly integrated, six-storey biofilter system that features unique, ultra-efficient controls and will even filter bathroom odours from each level. We are collaborating with Interface Engineering and Skanska on the mechanical requirements.
We will be providing more information on the project’s progress and custom control system in the weeks to come.
